If something it will just make it worseNone of this shit is going to help if you actually have social anxiety, you need to become aware of your negative thought patterns, confront them through progressive exposure and gradually replace them with more useful ones. Basically it's cognitive behavioral therapy, I will make a thread on this shit when I find the time.
Jfl if you think you can cure social anxiety and stop being introverted by listening to music you don't like and going around awkwardly complimenting averyone
