To save words I’m fucked . Mum is 5,3 dad is 5,10 I’m 5,7 at 16 , bone scan predicted 5,10 . Bear in mind I am a week into being 16 , so I’ve come on here to tell people what I will be doing and will work on any advice given !

Anastrozole	1 mg every 2 days	Lowers estrogen, delays growth plate fusion
Enclomiphene	12.5 mg/day	Boosts LH/FSH, maintains endogenous testosterone
Vitamin D3 + K2	4000 IU D3 + 100 mcg K2	Supports bone health
Calcium	1000-“1300 mg/day	Supports bone mineralization
Zinc + Magnesium	Per RDA or higher	Supports testosterone, muscle and recovery
BPC-157	300 mcg every 2 days	Helps joints/tissue during rapid growth
