I will be using ALLLLLLL of the cope methods to improve my height(i am not 5'8)
NO LL AND NO SURGERY
What would be the needed conditions and what would be the diet?
Heres what I know:
HGH is the precursor to igf-1, the main factor in growth
fasting improves hgh
sprinting for 22.5 seconds 6-10 times improves hgh (3 times a week)
Foods that might help height growth:
Zinc
Sea Moss
D3 + K2
Moringa Powder
Red Algae
Shilajit
Boron + Magnesium + Zinc
Phosphorous
Collagen
Arginine and Glutamine (hgh stimulants)
Avoid Bone Loss Triggers: Minimize caffeine, alcohol, and smoking.
Deep sleep is good (dont know how that would work so if anyone could help please help)
