THEORETICALLY: if we were to use all cope methods... how would someone go from 5'8 to 6'4 without surgery?

Good habits during puberty

But even then it really just maxes potential, if your prents are short then ll and surgery is the only way

Not fucking possible. Why do people still talk about these theoretical pseudoscientifical methods? If it were that easy, efficient and safe then everyone and their mother would be doing something to get to 6'8. Your only option is to save up for LL surgery

If there was somehow a way to create more chronocytes. For someone who's 5'8 with fully fused plates then i'd say maybe there's a chance, but with how things are going currently, i doubt it. If you're a manlet just find a tall foid, they usually go for guys who are shorter anyways.

I will be using ALLLLLLL of the cope methods to improve my height(i am not 5'8)
NO LL AND NO SURGERY

What would be the needed conditions and what would be the diet?

Heres what I know:

HGH is the precursor to igf-1, the main factor in growth

fasting improves hgh
sprinting for 22.5 seconds 6-10 times improves hgh (3 times a week)

Foods that might help height growth:
Zinc
Sea Moss
D3 + K2
Moringa Powder
Red Algae
Shilajit
Boron + Magnesium + Zinc
Phosphorous
Collagen
Arginine and Glutamine (hgh stimulants)

Avoid Bone Loss Triggers: Minimize caffeine, alcohol, and smoking.

Deep sleep is good (dont know how that would work so if anyone could help please help)
and stretching is good (dont know how that would work so if anyone could help please help)

subliminals? maybe?

if anyone else could list cope methods naturally. list em!

its over for us buddy boyos! its ooooooooooooooooooVEr!
Be on 100+ medication (to increase your growth velocity & bone formoation , change your genes and delay puberty)
+LL
+ abuse stretching (like do shit like 3 hours deadhangs or use that hanging table or smth)
Eat food like their is no tommorow
You could litteraly go from 5ft8 at 15 to 6ft5 at 21

flexing that you rot harder on a site meant for people who are looking to ascend their looks to not rot anymore and finally be liked in society is a while statement.
Not flexing anything, you have no basic knowledge of Hgh pathways. Shut the fuck up and don’t suggest bullshit

8 inches of bone is insane but generally a rule to lookmaxing and bp is health . Increase health. Minerals /vitamins through liver etc and sprinting increase heart health and capillaries capacity to move nutrients around the body increasing the efficiency to perform basic bodily function. Better the machine the more power to expand it’s capacity. I.e wider shoulders, larger facials bones , larger skeletal structure/ tall af. So think in terms of making your body a better machine.base research around that.

L-arginine (or even better, L-citrulline) improve the deep sleep phase significantly, which is when a lot of hgh is produced

Shoe lifts probably with some fillers. Or wear a style that allows you to wear tall boots without it looking out if place

Same as all non LLmaxxers, kys and reroll

The problem is that if height becomes something you can significantly alter post-puberty with relatively little risk, it fundamentally changes the dynamics that make height so desirable in the first place.

Tall height needs to remain the shining beacon at the top of the hill, something only a select few can reach, for it to stay as attractive as it is now. Women don’t just prefer men because they’re taller than themselves but because they’re taller than most other men.

If a procedure were introduced that costs, say, a few hundred thousand dollars and allows you to grow 8 inches in a year or two, what happens? Every well-off man would immediately opt for it, making tallness the new baseline among the wealthy.

In that scenario, the unique appeal of height as a status signal would diminish entirely since it would no longer be rare.

TLDR: Height would no longer symbolize genetic fitness or status but simply wealth.

Hardmaxxing is affordable yet most men don't do it. Hell most men don't even go to gym or actually care about their looks. And I don't think even the newer tech can give you 8 inches, I know that LL can give you 8 inches but after 3 inches due to proportions you start to look uncanny not to mention after 2-3 inches, the whole prodecure becomes very risky only done by scammer docs preying upon deluded insecure incels.

You should pay attention to your looks, but if you obsess with perfection especially when you don't have the potential, it's an attraction killer for the ladies, respect killer for the men. If I could afford LL, as a 1.77m guy I would just go for the 1.83m at top, maybe 3 cm less if doctor says 1.83m is too risky for you. But there is no way I'm paying 40k just to get 3cm taller.

Yes, but you're talking about LL, in particular, we were referring to a future stem cell therapy, which should re-open your growth plates and re-open the window for natural growth, in a far less risky, painful, and more proportional manner than leg lengthening ever could.

If leg lengthening weren't as risky or painful as it is, I'm sure a lot more men would be willing. But even then, as you said, it's an imperfect solution since it won't be able to lengthen other parts of your body to ensure your proportions stay intact.

But something like a potential stem cell therapy that allows one to mimic the conditions of a teenager with open growth plates would fundamentally enable anyone to become as tall as they want, in proportion (well, up to a certain point; most >6'6" aren't well-proportioned) with little risk or pain.

With that said, I think hard-maxing, in general, is hardly known about. A lot of people don't explicitly know the importance of certain facial features (especially men), so they won't bother finding out how to fix it, but height isn't included in that. Everyone knows how important that is. It's not a niche thing.

I'll be honest, other than assuming stem cell therapy being less invasive than LL I don't know jack shit about it. Neither how cheap it could be in future.

I doubt 2-3 inces would make a person uncanny, but yeah it's still very invasive and risky if you go for more than 3 inches. I totally understand LL not being so popular.

Do you mind if I ask where you live? Because USA is quite infamous with obsessing stuff like height, despite avarage height is still high in western europe, there seems to be less obsession with height. Of course being taller is still attractive in Europe, it's just not enough to make avarage normie to consider getting a therapy or surgery.

I don't blame you, it's currently not a viable option, it's in its very early stages of development. But its future prospects are very high if it could be utilized effectively in the future, not just for height, but for many health conditions.

It's relative, if you've already got long legs relative to your torso and arms, then 2-3 inches can be the difference between you still looking normal or like a slender man.
But for the average person, 2-3 inches will be within proportion, but lots of guys vying for LL don't settle for 2-3 inches, but more so want something like 4-5.
The type of person that's willing to have both their legs broken to become taller isn't likely to be one to settle for less height, if there's a possibility for more (despite the risk).

I live in Europe, the Netherlands to be specific. Height is just as important here as it would be in the U.S. but it's as you say, at least here in the Netherlands, the average height is pretty tall for a dude, but women's standards for height in men rose accordingly. Your 6'0 would probably be our 6'2-6'3.
The attitudes differ mostly because of cultural differences, I'd say. Europeans are less likely to want to appear vain, in my opinion. Maybe not even just vain, I'd say we're less risk-seeking than Americans, in general.

There seems to be this impression that dating is somehow easier in Europe, for example I saw a poll on WheatWaffles a long time ago asking which country was the most difficult to date in, and America was voted as the hardest, but I imagine many of the voters have never been to Europe.

It's rather telling that a lot of America considers 6'0 as the holy grail of height, but in many European countries it's a bit taller than average, but not that noticeable, and in the case of the Netherlands is outright short.
