Not fucking possible. Why do people still talk about these theoretical pseudoscientifical methods? If it were that easy, efficient and safe then everyone and their mother would be doing something to get to 6'8. Your only option is to save up for LL surgery

If there was somehow a way to create more chronocytes. For someone who's 5'8 with fully fused plates then i'd say maybe there's a chance, but with how things are going currently, i doubt it. If you're a manlet just find a tall foid, they usually go for guys who are shorter anyways.

8 inches of bone is insane but generally a rule to lookmaxing and bp is health . Increase health. Minerals /vitamins through liver etc and sprinting increase heart health and capillaries capacity to move nutrients around the body increasing the efficiency to perform basic bodily function. Better the machine the more power to expand it’s capacity. I.e wider shoulders, larger facials bones , larger skeletal structure/ tall af. So think in terms of making your body a better machine.base research around that.
