I tried bone smashing and it really works. Here's my story and visuals. For those interested in how to grow or thicken their bones, I've done some research and it generally comes down to genetics. But when it comes to bone smashing, it's much more interesting than that. This is my theory, my feeling. If you're not happy about it, I don't give a damn. Listen, when I started, nothing happened at first. Then I started repeatedly tapping my cheekbones, chin, and eyebrows, and I continued while drinking milk, getting plenty of sleep, avoiding screens too much, going outside when it was sunny, walking, and maintaining good posture. I can assure you that my bones doubled in size.
