Before you write "cope like the pope," "cope", or "greycel" here me out:

Think of bone smashing as bone hypertrophy. Bone hypertrophy occurs in response to physical activity and tension on the bones. The bones in the throwing arm of a baseball pitcher and the racket arm of a tennis player are denser and thicker than the other arm. In addition, physical activity increases bone density throughout the skeletal system, not only in the bones being stressed.

So could it be possible for you to put pressure and acute strain on your bones specifically in order to somewhat make them bigger? I am not a wristcel but I was curious and wanted to try this out.

My experience:
Get a hammer
Hit your wrist 100 times on the sides, bottom, and top enough for you to feel a little pain. Do not hit the same exact spot for all 100 reps but rather hit in multiple spots next to it.
Do this for your other wrist
Do this once a week for rest
I recommend taking a calcium, magnesium, and zinc supplement with a high protein diet with a multi-vitamin.

My results:
Before saying the reason why your wrist thickened was due to swelling, my response is that I let my wrist heal long enough for the swelling to go away.
I did gained a few ticks, but currently I have not been doing bone smashing as I am too busy currently.

The reason why a lot of people are wristcels is because they are ectomorphs. You need to probably eating 3000 calories more than your limit if you want to see a lot of weight gain. The more weight you have to carry, the more stronger and bigger your bones might get due to the pressure that they are facing.

my wrists are only 6.7 inches (Over tier) yet I have 21 inch shoulders
