It seems to me girls like warm climate and flock to the cities with the hottest climate in their specific continent.
US girls choose college in California, Florida or Southern States when they can and the hot girls want to go living there. Only exception is maybe NYC.
In Europe you can see it from erasmus choice....girls overwhelmingly want to go to Spain or Italy to pass their semester abroad.
And these places/cities routinely attracts the best guys too....more sun, less clothes, probably people are more aware of their beach bodies and take better care. People there are more looksmaxed than in the North IMHO
The bottom line is: girls always win. They can get in places with the warmest climate and they find there the hottest guys. Meanwhile guys usually have to go to places with coldest climates or in warmer places they face the harshest competition.
