Please give feedback, this is a theory but I feel like this could give results, if there’s some severe oversight lmk. Also this is my first real post so bear with me

Alternative to Injectors?:
Materials / Application:
Use 1–2x per week, max.
Risks / Side Effects:
Patch Testing is Essential:
Before applying any DMSO + caffeine mix to your face, test the mixture on a small, non-facial area first (like your upper thigh or forearm). This will let you check for skin reactions, irritation, or weird sensations before risking facial application.
Test DMSO Alone First:
Would I recommend it? Not currently since it’s just my theory, but in the future after I've tried it maybe

This post is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. The following method involves the experimental, off-label use of chemical compounds and carries significant risk. Proceed at your own discretion.
Feel free to call me retarted or don't read this because I didn’t post results.
Background / Discovery:
While researching transdermal drug delivery systems (ways to push chemicals through the skin without needles), I kept running into Dimethyl Sulfoxide (DMSO), a powerful solvent (liquid that can dissolve stuff) known for carrying small molecules deep under the skin, even into muscle and fat.
At the same time, I learned that caffeine, a well-known lipolytic agent (fat-breaker), is often used in anti-cellulite creams — though it doesn’t work great because it can’t penetrate the skin deeply on its own.
So there’s kind of a clear line drawn here, use DMSO to get caffeine to fat. My findings suggest it could be a highly effective alternative to lemon bottle for those scared of needles.
General Theory:DMSO: Acts as a transdermal carrier (pushes stuff through the skin barrier into tissue).
Caffeine: Boosts lipolysis (fat breakdown) by blocking an enzyme called phosphodiesterase (an enzyme that would otherwise stop fat burning) and increasing cAMP (a molecule that signals fat cells to release fat).
Compression wrapping: Helps the mixture stay put and keeps things tight, preventing swelling and making absorption more even.
Alternative to Injectors?:
Lemon Bottle and other injectable fat dissolvers work great, but they come with:
- Invasiveness (getting jabbed in the face)
- High price
- Risks of bruising, infection, or uneven results
- Most importantly, there's too much risk if you don’t understand how to use it
The prepping is very important, any contaminants on the skin could potentially get pulled with the caffeine into the skin.
Materials & Application Protocol
You’ll Need:
- Antibacterial soap
- Isopropyl alcohol wipes
- Pharmaceutical-grade DMSO (99%)
- Pure, anhydrous caffeine powder
- Compression bandage
Steps:
A. Deep, sterile cleansing
- Wash thoroughly with fragrance-free, antibacterial soap.
- Use warm (not hot) water to open pores and release trapped oils/dirt.
- Follow up with a 70% isopropyl alcohol wipe to degrease and sanitize the skin surface.
B. The actual method
- 1Mix 1/8 teaspoon caffeine powder with 1 teaspoon DMSO in a clean glass container.
- Dab it lightly onto your buccal fat/jawline area (lower cheeks).
- Wrap your face firmly (but not too tight) with a compression bandage.
- Leave it on for 25 minutes max.
- Wash off thoroughly with cool water and mild soap.
- Apply a soothing gel (like aloe or centella) if irritated.
Risks / Side Effects:
Like a lot of things, this comes with real risks:
- Asymmetry (face getting uneven if fat melts wrong)
- Nerve irritation (tingling, sensitivity)
- Possible long-term damage if overused
Know what you’re getting into.
Important Safety Precautions Before Trying:

Before applying any DMSO + caffeine mix to your face, test the mixture on a small, non-facial area first (like your upper thigh or forearm). This will let you check for skin reactions, irritation, or weird sensations before risking facial application.

DMSO can cause skin irritation or reactions on its own. Apply a small amount of pure DMSO to clean skin (small patch) first to see how your body responds before introducing caffeine into the mix.
Personal Belief:I think this could truly work, I haven’t gotten around to doing it because although I am posting this I want to refine the method further before burning my skin off.
Conclusion
This is an extremely experimental, high-risk method, but for those wanting a non-invasive (no-needle), low-cost fat reduction option, it’s one of the only things I feel could resemble the results of needle injectors.Would I recommend it? Not currently since it’s just my theory, but in the future after I've tried it maybe
