This thread isn’t gonna be anything but a theory and my own thoughts formatted in such a way reminiscent of @yussimania autisitic ramblings cuz that is simply just all this is
I was thinking abt Timothys jaw asymmetry n y it would occur obv lots of stuff in there that is a lil wonky but for many reasons i think obv no decomp or braces to help hold the jaw in place immediately surgery and to heal correctly or other reasons of happenstance just due to the sheer amount of surgical alteration
what really stuck out to me on the ct he posted after was how asymmetric the jaw angles were and even on then below under view I mean like almost on completely separate plans like u can tell smt is off
I then began to think yk these r implates so maybe what went wrong is the base being the invidual osteotomy of the bsso where the plates are over and not the plate implants or implates themselves in a vacuum and for what reason would the bsso be so skewed and then I thought this mf still has all his wisdom teeth in and where the lower teeth r or should be is exactly where the bsso should be cut so I think it could be a seemingly possible reality for which that is the reason for all of these other issues arising
And then obv where the osteotomy is made is an integral part of the plan n @Ascension75
Brought up possible lip incompetence and then @geenk worg made the point the jaws coulda been downgrafted too far so maybe the bsso being cut in an awkward way set off the execution of the entire following plan
Photos to illustrate:
If I had to guess the one on the left of the photo (Timothy’s right) is the one that kinda messed up everything else almost like it the bsso on that side had to be made further up maybe due to that specific wisdom tooth being erupted more n therefore inadvertently moving that sides osteotomy more forward than the other
Jus sharing my thoughts literally making it up as I go and coming up w it as I think on it longer if im wrong anywhere pls lmk
TLDR
Wisdom teeth coulda fucked up the execution of the whole plan
