Theory, is having a bloated face why lighting can change how my face structure looks?

like i say in some lighting i look very good however in some i like like a bloated mess

when the sub is like this angle of roughly above my forehhead

it makes my nose and eye area and face look bloated and literally turns me from psl 5 at other lighting to psl 3 maybe 2

in lighting where i look out of a window and have lighting above my head i look fine in this too

so what is causing me trucel in some lighting?
