It is known that good-looking people are more likely to get accepted.
Good-looking people are more likely to be promoted, etc. - To combat this very stupid phenomenon, we should focus more on the actual quality of the applicants.
Merit and competence should be more important than looks.

As it stands, ugly people are at a disadvantage, because they either don't send pictures with their application at all OR they have ugly pictures.
This wouldn't be the case, if pictures on job applications were illegal. In that way, we can ensure that fairness is achieved and people won't be hired because of their looks.

Then you're gonna waste time going to job interviews and be rejected for your looks, when you could have saved time by not going in the first place, because they didn't call back after seeing your face.

Where do you live? In america and lots of western countries its illegal for an employer to ask for a picture on an application, but it doesn't change the outcome because there is always an interview where you can see the person anyways

Do you think employers care
Lookism is real in a job interview
Do u think the employer would not employ a busty brunette/blonde stacey over some incel/normie with the same credentials
