Theory on DHT gel

Couldn't we literally all just get our DHT tested, and if it's low then we apply DHT gel (Only if either no balding gene present or you have a micropenis though)? If it's average/high then no point in using it but some people get great gains from gel and apparently that's if you lacked DHT your entire life.
