Ik this is KIND of water, but I'm going to be saying this anyway cause I found it quite interesting.

My theory is, the quality of your friendship deeply correlates with your looks level and your friends looks level.

Most normies that you have as friends, are usually mean spirited and want to drag you down. If you are attractive, they will call you gay or find something your insecure about and use it. If you are ugly they will call you dumb, creepy, weird and sort of ridicule you but make it out to be a joke.

My theory is, is you should only have LTN or HTN+ friends. Because usually the LTNs have a good personality and are loyal. And HTN+ they are secure about their position in life so they don't want to bring others down and are overall more positive and fun to be around.

Hope you can relate and find meaning in this thread. Please rep it, and share your thoughts.

At every looks level, there are people who are 2 faced, as well as people who genuine. The issue isn’t how the person looks, it’s that they’re a backstabbing & fake social climber. Both chads and LTNs act like this frequently.

My personality is a bit aspie/eccentric. I’m good looking enough to draw people in but a lot of them immediately turn cold and hostile once they realize Im not going to fraud NT and jester like them. But the thing about actually being yourself is that some people you meet won’t turn cold; they’ll appreciate you for who you are. Those are the ones you should keep around.

You have to learn to keep putting yourself out there and not take it personally when someone reacts poorly to you being yourself. By the way, “be yourself” doesn’t mean having no self awareness and being unlikeable/hard to talk to. It just means creating your own swagger, doing your own thing, and not having a herd mentality.
