Lets say girls from 13-16 on average find "bad boys" more appealing non bad boys
The only reason girls from 13-16 choose to pair up with boys that are 13-16 is because that's who they're exposed to the most through school and social circle
If you had a school where all the girls were aged 13-16, but half of the males were in the 13-16 range and half of the males were in the 20-22 range(they all share the same classes) then the girls would overwhelmingly choose to date the males in the 20-22 range if there was zero social stigma attached to both parties
When a 15 year old girl has the chance to pair up with a 21 year old male, do you really think she's going to care whether he drinks, smokes or talks shit to the teacher and disobeys them? No because she will be secure in her belief that if he impregnates her, he will be physically capable of protecting her and the child
It is the 15 year old male who has to compensate for his inability to defend himself against an older male that needs to run "badboy" game as an attempt to signal that he is capable of standing his ground when conflict with adults arises. Arguing with the teacher = willingness to stand up to conflict with adults
If a 15 year old girl is primarily exposed to 15 year old boys she will know subconsciously that if he impregnates her, there is the risk that he wont be able to protect her against a fully developed adult male so some male could come along and kill her child then rape her.
The 15 year old who runs bad boy game put himself at enough of an advantage over 15 year old who don't run badboy game, whereby the 15 year old girl thinks he may be a suitable mate, but that's just because she does not have the same level of exposure to competent adult males who are willing to risk seeing her
