Anyone who is average or slightly short in a leadership role is much more competent or should be assumed to be then their tall counter parts. If you could make up for your height that means you are a much more aggressive person.
The Napoleon complex as it is called today is true. But not for the reason normies think its not insecurity but rather an essential reaction short or less attractive men develop to gain power. Being more cruel is necessary respect is automatically less given to them so they have to be 10X more aggresive and they are always proving themselves. Meanwhile a guy like Trump who is 6'3 never has to prove himself in a room he is bigger then most of the guys and people subconciously respect and fear him more for a manlet to get the same respect he has to be a killer person. This is why manlets are such dicks
