Since I am instinctively a low parental investment male (ie. a male who's natural instinct has always been to fuck as many foids as possible and only fuck them once because I only deem <1% of foids worth commiting to) I therefore find appeal in foids who I think would lead to the greatest chance of my offsprings survival since I wont be investing anything towards helping my offspring survive.
This means that when I see a chubster foid, the visual evidence that she is well fed makes me assume that she has an abundance of food available to her without any requirement for me to provide food to her, therefore I subconsciously assume that she has enough food avaliable to her to keep the offspring fed after I impregnate her and leave.
In contrast, men who naturally crave the companionship of women and want invest in raising the kids dont see the same benefit from their woman already being well fed. In fact her being well fed is a sign that she doesn't need him, whereas if he raises children with a slim foid,he will easily be able to provide her with her current caloric requirement and the caloric requirement of the children. If the foid begins to gain weight throughout the relationship (90% of normie couples) this is a sign that his investment in the foid has gone into surplus territory
