Yes it's possible and happened many times in the past and it still happens. However they don't die from the impact of your first. That's not possible. What they die from is falling and hitting their head against the pavement or metal pole or anything. Ya boy got lucky he didn't hit his head on the pavement when it happened to me once. Look up "one punch killers".
