the average untrained joe can only bench about 30-40 kg on average forst time benching which is really pathetic we’re talking about fully grown hairy disgusting men who weight like 80+ kg benching this puny weight which kind of is suprising.
when i was 13 and a twig(60 kg) and was benchpressing for the first time i did 40 kg.
If you want to go out there and beat up some people it would be really easy since the average dude you will come across is pathetically weak
