Therapist + New Meds

So I asked him about the voices stuff and all. He said that I dont have the "psychosis voices" but voices from hyperalertness or smth. I dont know, i didnt really understand it, but since I can differenciate the voices from a real persons voice, then I dont have schizophrenia or psychosis.

I got prescribed:
Vyvanse/Elvanse (For concentration, this already should make the voices go away)
Olanzapine (I should take it at night and its more for countering the appetite surpression and insomnia from Elvanse and also to reduce the voices)

Besides that I keep on taking daridorexant.
I beg for this stack to work.
2 days 15 mg Elvanse and then take the whole 30 mg pill.

Thanks. Unironically it’s the same guy. The voice got worse in the vacations and then he didn’t respond cuz it was vacations.
