therapist says after doing brain scan on me I have significant PTSD and depression

they did a brain scan. they said I may have very mild ADHD but that is not a huge issue, as they say I test high for hyperfocus and dont have a hard time focusing, and that helps me academically. they said the bigger issue is I show high signs of PTSD and depression , likely from being accused of SA and my abused dog childhood.

She said I should be on gabapentin and go to therapy.

should I do it boyos? Should I take the pill?

There's no brain scan that can tell you if you have PTSD or depression that I'm aware of. The only objective markers are perhaps levels of inflammatory cytokines, glucosteroid receptor resistance and something ATP related by which supposedly they can predict ~90% if someone will get depressed in the next year

I hate doctors man I pump faked any and everyone of the meds they tried to give me, ‘muh ur critically depressed’ smh.

But they never scanned my brain, idk what I’d do at that point
