There's so many unbelievably ugly sub5 people i know who are the biggest narcissistic yappers on the planet, and lots of HTN+ guys who are afraid to speak their mind. I think what really causes social anxiety is the fear of being judged for your opinions more than anything. This can be because someone is scared of losing their job for saying something, getting kicked out of school, getting canceled, etc etc.

Lots of people here will ascend and still have bad social anxiety because they pick themselves apart about everything and mentally masturbate to waiting for ascension before they can start being confident. Meanwhile so many sub5 beta males are confident asf for no reason.

you're not as judged if you look good. obviously there are exeptions but the general rule is: if you look good, you wont need mental help as much. people invite you to parties, you get hit up alot, you get attention etc.
