paying a random who doesnt give a shit about you to try and persuade you to "comform" and be okay with yourself, true way to get over depression is chase real dopamine in outdoor exercises and do your best to ascend.
depression comes from your environment, not because your not taking a magical pill that makes you dependent of it.

Ngl going to therapy ain’t a bad option but whatever you do don’t fall for antidepressants/prozacs… instead this is what worked for me: change environments (people you hangout with/places), spend time in nature (for example take hikes or any sports relating the outside world like rock climbing, running or mountain biking or cycling) and make sure to look if depression is caused by medication your already taking… in my case I wasn’t getting enough water to my because of my high accutane dose, therefore started getting depressed
