Does therapy really work? A lot of people claim it does or does not but usually the people who claim it doesn’t help are arrogant people or who don’t have patience. I genuinely need help and my mom is considering therapy for me due to the issues I have been having since I was a kid but I’m not sure if I should accept it or not but the drugs I can get prescribed could help me or break me since they can easily fuck you over from side effects and also can fuck over your looks too.
