Please god, just widen my lips, pls, my lip to nose ratio is brutal and my lip corners do not align with my inner limbal ring, please its making my midface look longer than it is and my side profile looks more recessed

Myofunctional therapy would help everyone to perfect the muscles, but a large part of it is palate width due to environment + did you get extractions to make palate even narrower, with more bone loss

See, I have downgrowth of both of my jaws, unlike Pattinson who has a well developed lower third
Most people who are downgrown because of extractions have vertical excess maxillary growth with steep mandibular to floor planes, hooked nose, short ramus, negative orbital vector, narrow lips that are downturned, more inward gonions... I.e. long face syndrome

Pattinson has maxillary hypoplasia likely because of congenital factors, because he only possesses faults with his upper jaw..

He's a very unique example.
