There are a swarm of curries coming to my open for inspection later today

I'm hosting an open for inspection to lease one of my parents' apartments in a few hours.

Ad has only been up 2 days and a dozen plus random curries have swarmed my emails, all vying for the apartment. It's in a shithole suburb but it just got partially renovated.

Even now as I sleep, my phone is going off the hook with new curries ringing and messaging me asking when inspection is. Got woken up after only 2 hours sleep

I had to turn my phone off

I feel like a girl on tinder

The Price is too Low then. You need to increase it. Charge extra for utiles and internet. Milk them for their money.

Ah that is a possibility, but generally with rent negotiations I rarely see it lowered. Currys do try to bargain but if you got more then 10 people asking for it then at that point you can pick and choose tbh
