I believe there's two additional sub categories.

The first is the pharmacological category exemplified by Clavicular and Androgenic which heavily emphasizes exogenous compounds and physique.

Then there is a miscellaneous niche category of users on this forum who employ a mix of several or all categories, although I suppose this category might not count.
