It’s like saying someone from a poor background, or even a normal background can become a billionaire. Sure it’s possible, there’s been examples of it, but it’s very rare.

You need the right combo of a good base, money, low inhibition, good potential and genuine luck to pull of such a huge transformation. Not realistic for most.

Either way, you don’t need to be a chad to have a good life and you can improve your situation substantially. It won’t matter though if you have mental trauma.
