Multivitamins get to 100% of recommended daily intakte, you might need additional Magnesium, Calcium and Iron, AS my multivitamins dont Cover them to 100%.

Omega 3, Take Over 250mg of DHA a day
Ginkgo biloba Take 200mg a day
Choline Take 200mg a day

Noopept best nootropic, significant effect

Kratom

Nicotine , start smoking

Coca cola

Go for a 30 Minute Walk every day, i do.

Amphetamine IS best nootropic, but illegal
