I just made a post in the Looksmaxxing Questions forum asking for that
I did because it sounded stupid, but I didn't made it up
Years ago I was in a telegram self-improvement group and someone
shared a pdf explaining how mewing (and cold showers I think)
can activate the pineal gland, as we no longer have this organ active,
and that it's the reason modern people
are disconnected from their souls (kinda agree)
