I stoped my routine last week because of the simptoms mentined above and Im recovering, my pennis functions normal now but still not ready to restart my routine. I have learned my leasson and will be proegresing tension slowly.

Also when I had to take a piss in public i would never do it in a urinal because it would become awkward from me not being able to pe and relax my pelvic floor muscles
