there's something called adaptation, where each ethnicity were genetically altered to strive in their specific environment. not a lot of crops were able to grow in africa, thus they just stuck to their hunter gatherer lifestyle and only needed strength to survive. white people didn't have much animals in their land, thus they had to figure out how to grow crops to survive.
