There existed only 1 Bald Human when I was young

He was an actor named Telly Savalas. If you said "the bald actor" everyone immediately knew who you were talking about because there were no other Bald humans in the US, he was the only bald human on the Planet as far as anyone knew, other than maybe a few foreigners like Ghandi, but Ghandi didn't speak English so it was like he wasn't Human. No one I was related to was bald. None of my neighbors were bald. No one at my school was Bald except maybe the Janitor, but he was the Janitor, and thus by definition subhuman. Wrestler George the Animal Steel was bald, but his name literally defined him as not human. But even with his high status as a famous actor the bald Savalas had to wear a suit almost all the time to be accepted as human.

I had forgotten about him. I know he existed, but I don't think I ever saw anything he was ever in. By the standards of the 1960s all white suburban america I lived in YB was not human because he was at least half Asian, was born outside the US, and he always played ethnic roles. But at the same time one of my friends in grade school was an adopted Korean kid.
