There is a problem with my hair

Everytime i wet it a lot of my hair strands or just hair falls off, i have a good diet, sleep well and i do use shampoo, i started using a rosemary shampoo like 6 months ago, stopped that, nothing changed, i'm using shitty ass shampoo right now till i get a good new one but there is still no changes. Does anyone have an idea why this happens?
