if you have shit bf distribution the obvious thing to do is lean down. i dont think you can get an impressive physique with wide hips without roiding. if it's just shit bone structure, there's nothing you can do except keep training. I have both shit bones and shit bf, this is me when I was nearly obese vs 4 months into training and leanmaxxed.

just lean out the most you can and build huge shoulders.
another tip ive never seen is using very tight around the hips clothing with thin fabric. most clothing adds insane volume around the hips, if u always use clothing that optimizes this, from far away u can look like guys who have way smaller hips them u but use "bad" clothing
