there is no drinking water in my home

everyday I wake up dehydrated from sleeping the night before and there is always no water at all. I'm supposed to get water from this big ass thing that pours water but it's always empty to near empty.
Idk why my mom never refills it but i really need water bro

idk i never got into the "habit" of it. i just drink regular water and it feels unsanitary for some reason.
