I don’t really see how you can live a good life without having a very high salary like atleast 7-10k plus a month after tax you can’t really enjoy life without having at least this amount available every month. Everything is incredibly expensive now travelling clothes experiences cars houses family you need a ton of fucking money and an average job is not cutting it at all

Average house in Wyominhg is 400k where are you getting that from? your 3k salary?

you can afford 400k with at least 60k/yr + i have other properties, so i would just sell and relocate.
