Because freewill does not exist. You cannot choose your morality, The reason why you chose to squash that bug or not is because of a combination of Genetics and Nurture, those two things has given you your current mindset, You're not truly in control of the way you feel or think.

Therefor judging a humans next life based off of their karma is philosophically flawed.

no such thing as reincarnation? how can we know? if you specifally mean reincarnation in which the animal or person you're reborn into is dependant on the actions and morals of your previous life then yes that's bullshit.

Not correct. There are some that are cinched to this Earth for reasons they don't care for anymore. When the current body dies, they'll jump to the closest embryo. Then repeat. Over and over and over. Not like they have any free will about it. It is what it is.
