Even with surgery. We are all unsure about the effects of mse + fm but we all know that Lefort 1, Bimax, Double jaw etc etc. are proven ways to fix the maxilla to it's potential. All of them improve forward growth and craniofacial dystrophy but, midface length looks nearly the same to me

But we can obviously see the smv increase in all of these so, still worth getting imo.

Ratios aren't cope wtf?. They're literally what makes someones face harmonius, you can't be gl with a long midface and low fwhr. Ratios are the base of an attractive face but they won't make goodlooking on their own, you need good features aswell obviously

Because midface is mostly determined by IPD and nose length. Not everybody is genetically meant to have a compact midface, even if they had it as a child. Downward growth is healthy.
