You could be a 6'4, wide framed mogger with a good looking face but if you have autism it really can change the game for you. Sure you will get the attention from women from an external perspective but this will start to change once they see your inner demeanor.
Women will indeed start to get bored of the autistic dude as things like height and frame can only hold value for so long for that one person. They only open the doors and make it easier, they don't actually do the conversation for you.
Obviously autism won't stop girls from approaching you but can indeed ruin how things may escalate. It is a big deal. It's not just "shyness" it's genuinely an issue that prevents me from being able to think in a way that is normal and interesting. Also the way in which those words come out and the body language I use can convey a different demeanor.
Autism is very hard to deal with and I'm unintentionally very awkward and the body language I use at times is out of sync and quite strange. The way in which I speak and get my words out can also be in an aggressive tone. I suppose I also lack the ability to actually find things funny or be sad which seems like a trait in autism as well.
Autism isn't necessarily a death sentence but that will depend on how severe you have it. Even just a mild dose of autism can make things really difficult.
