he said everything went to plan- obvisouly i cant see the final resuly yet due to the cast but i can see the bottom on my alars under the cast, they look narrower but defo not excessively, I still have above average nose width but no longer giga wide.

also the alars were slightly assymetrical before surgery and I can already see thats been tidied up.

for context my alar width was 46mm before surgery, avg for white men is 38mm, so im hoping ill end up like 40-42mm now something like that would be perfect for my face i think

alar width is probably gonna go down quite a bit more in the first couple of days. nostril/tip area is where there's the most swelling ime. was like that for me when i had septo + minor dorsal hump reduction.

result is perfect and natural because i was fortunate to have had a surgeon who agreed that i only needed slight dorsum work instead of giving me a tranny nose with osteotomies. it didn't ascend me on its own though.
