All these leftist and feminist faggots who say that gender is just a Social construct and women and men are equal make my blood boil.
This stupidity and ignoring of biological facts is insane.
Yes women and men should have equal rights and get treated with the same respect. But that doesn’t make them equal.
We don’t need an equal amount of women and men in certain jobs just because it seems to be more fair. This is bullshit. Women and men have each their own strengths and weaknesses. And if men are on average better leaders than women because they are more dominant and competitive than so be it. No point in forcefully fighting against nature here. That doesn’t mean that some women can’t be good leaders as well. But those women are probably a minority.
Women on the other hand are on average better for jobs which need more empathy and emotional intelligence like being a nurse, teacher etc.
Trying to forcefully change these things with the motive of more fairness will just destroy the society and cause problems which weren’t there before.
Also interesting that women only want more equal male/female ratios in nice well paid leading positions.
But what about low paid craftsmen, garbage collectors etc. Why is here no need for equality? Those jobs are mostly done by men. You will find almost no women doing these jobs.
And the gender pay gap meme is one of those things which makes me rage as well.
Everytime a brainlet brings up the stupid thesis that women get paid less than men for the same work I just want to punch this fucking retard in his face.
They don’t get paid less. They just are more often in jobs which get paid less, they aren’t as qualified as men in the same job because of lost experience due to pregnancy’s etc
Just think about it logically: if you were an employer and you could get away with paying women less than men for the same amount of work, why the fuck would you even hire men anymore if they cost you more than women? Doesn’t make sense and proves that this theory absolute wrong.
People who push this type of agenda are also the same who basically try to feminize the male population.
