Jews of today are not the same as the jews of the old testament or the time of Jesus. Jews of today are people who have rejected the tradition of waiting for a messiah to save our souls and have instead tied it to a ''messiah'' that will come spearhead Israel into worldwide glory. Why? Because several of the messianic prophecies can no longer be filled, so they had to either make a choice of following Jesus Christ (which most jews did throughout history), who filled all of those prophecies or not waiting for a messiah at all. They have perversed the word of God and added into it by writing a new holy book 500 years after death of Jesus, the Talmud, where they blaspheme Jesus Christ.
Muslims forcefully converted and attacked against Christian territories and converted these people into their own religion under the casus belli, that word of Christianity had been changed and Qur'an was the new word of God that was so short it was impossible to change it any longer as now people would remember it easily. However there used to be many versions of the Quran, but Caliph Uthman burned all versions of Quran he did not agree with and chose one to be the official version.
Today we know it as a official historical fact that word of God in the bible has not been altered as we have discovered the dead sea scrolls. They are nearly identical to King James bible, and various translations in territories not connected to each other for centuries confirm the accuracy of the bible.
The official word of Quran is very easy to debunk on the contrary, the miracles of Islam are things that outside sources do not support. Like Muhammad splitting the moon, that would be a global event everyone would record. Meanwhile the miracles of Christianity and especially Jesus are recorded and admitted by outsiders, even his opponents. It is as of today considered a historical fact that Jesus of Nazareth was considered by the people of his time as a worker of miracles.
Muslims also see their early triumphs as a divine sign that their cause was correct. However all that really happened was that the Sassanids (Iranians) and Byzantines (Greeks/Romans) had been fighting a war for nearly 30 years which led to a near collapse of both empires. Eventually Sassanid Empire collapsed and Muhammad and the Arab hordes attacked the sassanids and conquered their territories and soon after began to target Byzantine territories too, which were also severely weakened by decades of war. However it would still take nearly 1000 years for muslims to conquer the Byzantine Empire and set their flags in Constantinople, a feat that crusaders did 250 years earlier than them. (Latin Kingdom)
There is only one true faith, that of Christianity. A religion that was persecuted as soon as it was born by the superpower of the time, Rome, yet it persisted and soon enough became the official religion of Rome, Europe, Middle East and North Africa. And the followers of that faith became the chosen people of God, and every true Christian knows this. All who truly believe in what Jesus did for us are chosen, chosen to join him in heaven.
