Many clowns on internet say we should consume lots of saturated fats and saturated fats are not bad for you. The doctors recommend people to consume a limited amount.

Eats bricks of butter will land you in emergency room one day.

Intermittent fasting and keto diet are another broscience fake knowledge being spread on social media. Although IF and keto diet may work under some conditions, it is not a general rule. Keto diet only works short term.

The same clowns who support saturated fats also claim eating too many egg yolks won't harm you. Eating one egg yolk a day won't harm you but lots of egg yolks a day can.

Listening to internet knowledge does more harm than good. You are not a doctor or nutritionist with a degree.

Why are satured fats bad for you if your brain, hell your whole body is made of it? Your brain is only able to function because of cholesterol and satured fats intake. You can believe all of the Jewish association studies out there, but facts are facts.

Doctors say limited saturated fats. It shouldn't be more than 10% of your daily calories.

Follow what qualified doctors say.

You will have to take vitamin B12 supplements. You will have to consume more protein as the bioavailability of plant protein sources except soy is poor.

Vegans will have to throw a lot of money.

Doctors have been wrong a bunch of times historically, why not form your own opinion instead of appealing to authority?
