There is so much obfuscating language to dress up people as smart and professional in the workplace.

Its total bullshit. I mean phrases like:

"Business continuity plans" - we have a back up plan
"onboarding" - let's get new employees started
"best practice" - just do whats best (duh)
"resource allocation" - getting the right people / skills it takes to do things
"stakeholder" - key people you need to speak to
"risk assessment" - list of shit that could go wrong
"data mining" - analyse data for useful shit


It's all total bullshit. I only fucking use these terms to sound smart in front on clients I really don't give a fuck and speak like a 10 year old with colleagues and its easier to communicate that way.
