too much negativity. too much racism and sexism. too much low IQ content. All of this is spiritual pollution and degrades the sanctity of the soul.

could be. I've seen a lot of mental issues of all kind on this forum. Severe depression can make you feel literally possesed sometimes, I got severe depression and I know how terrifying it can feel. Like being burned in hell for eternity but 100x worse I can't describe it. I've had a lot of nightmares that feel like some kind of eternal doom. Worst fear I've ever felt.

I just had a depression episode combined with body dysmorphia and I could not look at myself in the mirror I was seeing myself distorted and disgusting.
