Even the most conservative U.S. surgeon is a hyperboolic doofus compared to surgeons elsewhere in the world. Such a more holistic sense of aesthetics elsewhere. Because again, Americans always think more is more, even the Americans that think they don't buy into that ideology. Americans want to be obvious and through it seeps their desperation.

Plastic surgery à la beverly hills and LA influencers would NEVER happen in Western Europe. Except UK, but UK isn't europe, its just diet america at this point.
