90% of gymmaxxing is consistency

Gymmaxing is not complicated
Eat well
Train well
Sleep well

Do all 3 correctly and you are guaranteed to gain even with the shittest genetics

Eat well = Eat 1lb of protein per lean mass so if u were 170lbs youd prolly only need 140g or sum

Cut = eat less carbs
Bulk= more carbs

You will know if your bulking or cutting correctly by checking your weight on the scale or just seeing more or less veins

Sleep well = 8 hours

Train well = 6-8 reps failure 10 sets of each muscle per week and progressive overload

Train to failure or very close to it, eat well (prioritise carbs and protein), whole foods, sleep well. 10+ sets per muscle, try to hit it as often as possible as long as you are recovered, understand anatomy and learnt to feel the muscle to understand how you can best target it, consistency, practise time-proven exercises which you can stick to, enjoy and progressively overload, chase proportions you want, learn to program and prioritise certain muscles in your program.

Unironically foids like ass. So maybe some guys need to yeah. But my ass is already big
I just really dislike small glutes look on guys, you don't even need a huge ass just a healthy one.

Also I've had a lot of compliments on it and I don't even isolate so it's really not like u have to do alot.

Having a strong butt is a sign that you have strong lower body muscles which means stronger strokes during doggy style

cool, I still think it's better.
Although the main factor is gonna be volume and if you can accumulate the same amount u do u, more work can be more fun, but for most people they wanna get in n out.

yeah, depends if they eat enough but its heavy on the back and shoulders. Chest is kinda left behind and legs as well unless you do "weighted calisthenics"

Still makes great physiques tho, in comparison to the average gymgoer. I do some bodyweight stuff in my routine too.
