I'm surprised there is no market for this. If there is it's getting no traction. Every first worlder sub 5 PSL guy would be far more desirable than his own hypergamous society which reduces his matches to landwhales once every couple of years.
There's dating apps for hook ups (Tinder), letting girls make first move JFL (Bumble), being LTR focused (Hinge), for Muslims (Muzz) and even for famous people (Raya).
I'm not saying it will work for me. But, I want to invest in this idea with some $$$. World is becoming more and more globalised and interconnected. Second and third worlders want to connect with foreigners so they're learning English. They are far better than average western women - even if western women has highly inflated SMV.
