if you get under 100 points you only get 30 minutes of speaking time per day and you're taxed 50%

100-110 75 mins speaking time per day 20% tax

110-120 300 mins speaking time per day 10% tax

120+ No limit and 5% bonus every year for whatever you make

this would discourage retards from spouting stupid shit polluting our ears with that crap and we can all become better people listening to more enlightened ideas
