A judicial system just prevents the government from getting rid of trouble makers. Having one sounds like a good idea on paper, but in reality if you are not a social parasite the government will not get rid of you. I would also argue that a judicial system makes it easier for social undesirables to get away with their crimes.
And don't say you need to or else the government will fuck you. The government can ALWAYS fuck you. Judaical system or not.
